If not agreed otherwise the guest has access to the reserved room as of 03:00 pm on the day of arrival and latest check-out is 11:00 am on the day of departure.
If no late arrival is agreed we reserve the right to sell the room after 06:00 pm.
Cancellation Fees
In case of no-show the guest agrees to the following cancellation fees:
7 to 5 days prior to arrival	50 % of the booked room price
4 to 1 day prior to arrival	80 % of the booked room price
No-show the very same day of arrival	100 % of the booked room price
Furthermore the General Conditions of the Hotel- and Gaststättenverbandes apply.
